Michael Breedlove

Regional Accounts Manager

Mike Breedlove came to Parasec with over 12 years in the legal community. After obtaining a paralegal certificate from CSU Chico, Mike went on to receive a degree in Business Administration. In 1992, Mike earned his law degree from the Santa Clara University School of Law, and was subsequently admitted to practice by the California State Bar.

Prior to and during law school, Mike worked as a corporate paralegal, handling mergers & acquisitions, entity formation, liquidation and dissolution; and corporate maintenance. After law school, Mike went on to work as an attorney with Ropers Majeski. Mike eventually transitioned out of active law practice by diving into legal recruiting, where he placed attorneys, paralegals, and legal secretaries in law firms and corporate legal departments throughout California.

When asked about his legal history, Mike said, “I understand law firm life from multiple perspectives; I’ve found that I enjoy helping attorneys and paralegals get their work done much more than doing that work myself. I can’t tell you how thrilled I am to be working within the legal community providing Parasec’s extensive line of support services to Orange County and San Diego County clients,” he added.

Outside of work, Mike has invested many volunteer hours coaching youth sports and with the Boy Scouts of America; he also takes pride in his efforts as a youth fast pitch softball umpire for ASA. When opportunity permits, Mike enjoys camping, backpacking, hiking, golf, reading and music.
