Corporate & LLC Kit Options

We offer various styles of corporate kits and LLC kits to suit your needs:

Standard Kit: This attractive kit is designed to hold your documents neatly and flat, reducing wear and tear on paper. The easy-to-open, D-shaped, three-ring locks eliminate unsightly rivets on the spine. The kit comes with a matching slipcase and is available in black, blue, burgundy, green, and a two-toned burgundy/black, all finished with gold detailing and a brass engraved nameplate. Black and blue kits are also available with silver detailing and a black engraved nameplate.

Heavy Duty/Royal Kit: A durable option featuring a rugged 1½” three-ring binder with metal hinges and a matching slipcase. This kit also includes gold detailing and the organization name hand-embossed on the rounded spine. Available in black, green, or two-toned burgundy/black.

Thrift Kit: One of our most popular and affordable options, this 3” D-locking ring binder offers a practical solution for storing your essential documents. The organization name is imprinted on a gold-leaf insert on the binder’s spine. The inside cover features a handy pocket for additional papers. Available in black or burgundy with a matching slipcase.

Slim Line Kit: Ideal for those seeking a more portable option, this black, 1” D-ring portfolio binder includes an interior pocket and a Velcro flap closure to securely store documents. The organization name is printed on thick-stock gold paper on the binder’s spine, making it reusable for any future name changes. This affordable kit comes with 10 custom-printed certificates and 20 customized peel-and-stick gold wafer seals (instead of an embossing seal), making it easy to carry on the go.

Standard E-kit*: Our Standard E-kit includes printing instructions, bylaws (for corporations) or an operating agreement (for LLCs), 20 certificates, recording stubs, a basic seal, stock/member ledger, and the company name to insert into your own binder.

Gold E-kit*: The Gold E-kit is an all-inclusive digital solution with printing instructions, bylaws (corporation) or operating agreement (LLC), 20 certificates, recording stubs, a gold seal, the ability to issue certificates, add electronic signatures, and a stock/member ledger. It also includes the company name to insert into your own binder.
