Corporate & LLC Kits

We offer a variety of professional corporate kits and LLC kits for you (or your clients) to keep important formation and ongoing business documents in. All of our kits come fully assembled with everything in place and ready for your use. Unless noted below, each corporate kit or LLC kit includes the following:

• Customized folding embossing seal
• 20 custom-printed, numbered certificates
• Boilerplate legal documents
• Stock transfer ledger
• Specialized index dividers

Standard Kit: This attractive kit is designed to hold your documents neat and flat—providing less wear and tear on the paper and eliminating unsightly rivets on the spine thanks to easy-to-open, D-shaped, three-ring locks. This kit comes with a matching slipcase and is available in black, blue, burgundy, green, and a two-toned burgundy/black, all finished with gold detailing and a brass engraved nameplate affixed to the spine. The black and blue kits are also available with silver detailing and a black engraved nameplate.

Heavy Duty/Royal Kit: This durable kit has a rugged 1½” three-ring binder with durable metal hinges and a matching slipcase. Features include gold detailing and the organization name hand embossed in gold on the rounded spine. Available in black, green or a two-toned burgundy/black.

Thrift Kit: One of our most popular kits, this 3 “D” locking ring binder is an affordable choice for storing your important formation and ongoing business documents. The organization name is imprinted on a gold leaf insert in a holder on the binder’s spine, and the inside cover features a handy pocket to hold additional papers.  Available in black or burgundy with matching slipcase.

Slim Line Kit: An ideal option for those looking for a portable kit. This black, 1” D-ring portfolio binder features an interior pocket and a Velcro flap closure to safely secure documents inside. The organization name is printed on thick-stock gold paper in a holder on the binder’s spine, which makes the binder reusable for any future name changes. In light of its streamlined nature, this affordable kit includes 10 custom-printed certificates and 20 customized peel and stick gold wafer seals (in lieu of an embossing seal), keeping it light and easy to carry when you’re on the go.

Standard E-kit*: Our standard e-kit comes with printing instructions, bylaws (corporation) or operating agreement (LLC), 20 certificates, recording stubs, basic seal, stock/member ledger, and company name to insert into your own binder.

Gold E-kit*: This all-inclusive e-kit comes with printing instructions, bylaws (corp) or operating agreement (LLC), 20 certificates, recording stubs, gold seal, ability to issue the certificate, ability to add electronic signatures, stock/member ledger, and company name to insert into your own binder.

* E-kits only include electronic content. Binders and slipcases for e-kits are available for an additional charge.
